HATHA YOGA

Rejuvenate with cleansing breath exercises (Pranayama). Revive with relatable yoga postures (Asanas) and dynamic movement to raise your energy and create fluidity. Refocus the mind with yoga and guided meditation (Dhyana).

BAREFOOT SCULPT

You’ll recognize familiar sculpting exercises such as squats, lunges and bicep curls in this class, but we have a few tricks thrown in to keep you on your toes. Using a “Great Yoga Wall” equipped with stretch bands to create resistance you’ll build, lengthen and stretch muscles creating a beautiful, agile body. SculptWorks® is a thorough workout that can help you build the strength you need to advance in your yoga practice. This is a great choice if you want to firm and tone head to toe. Best for students who are already physically active.

VINYASA FLOW

A dynamic, physically and spiritually form of yoga that sculpts and tones every muscle in the body. Linking one movement into the next and linking the presence of the mind from one movement into the next. Recommended for intermediate to advanced students.

TRX

Circuit training that integrates strength, flexibility, and cardio, utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers, Rip Trainers, Gliding Discs, and one's own body weight among other tools. This intimate format will help you reach your strength and endurance potential, creating an efficient, lean body.

CYCLING

A challenging cardio workout designed on the principles of cycling on indoor stationary bikes. Classes are technique based and/or terrain based and focus on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that create an unpredictable ride that is both challenging and fun!

VIPER

Vitality, Performance & Resilience for more energy, enhanced movement skills and incredible strength. ViPR delivers a progressive and fun variety of real life exercises and whole body integration for maximum metabolic rate, increased caloric expenditure, resistance, endurance and strength.

AB LAB

Improve your core strength, balance and posture. A focused workout centering on cutting edge abdominal and lower back exercises.

BODY PRECISION

Informed by the latest trends in exercise science, instructors focus on strengthening and fine-tuning major muscle groups with an emphasis on functional training. This cutting edge workout may include the use of Steps, Body Bars, Gliding Discs, Cardio, Body Resistance.
